its a handy book, I think I paid too much for it- 29.00 was a bit much for this book. I had to email two weeks after my order was placed to see where it was as I had not received any confirmation or anything. For the price I paid it was disappointing. I will use some of the recipes in it, but really most can be found on pintrest or other sites for free
